User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the “Global Traveler Feed” credentials.
Lawful Use: You agree to use our connectivity and translation tools only for lawful purposes in accordance with the local regulations of your destination (e.g., Japan, Greece, etc.).
Accuracy of Information: To ensure “Radical Simplicity,” you must provide accurate data for eSIM activation.

Payments and Refunds

Service Fees: Payments for premium AI itineraries and data packages are processed securely.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of eSIMs, refunds are generally only issued if technical failure prevents connectivity and cannot be resolved by our 24/7 Live Support.

Limitation of Liability

Travel Risks: While the VIA “Brain” suggests “Hidden Gems,” the final responsibility for safety and travel decisions rests with the traveler.
